BCABA’s Annual Executive Policy Forum

BCABA’s annual Executive Policy Forum will be conducted on December 4 from 12:00-1:30 at the offices of McKenna Long & Aldridge.

The topic of the Forum will be The Duty of Good Faith and Fair Dealing: Litigants’ Perspectives on Recent Federal Circuit Jurisprudence From Precision Pine to Metcalf and Beyond.

This free event, which includes lunch, is open to all current BCA Bar Association members, but advanced registration, through the linked registration form, is required. Space is limited.
