Gold Medal/Annual Program Committee
This Committee provides recommendations to the Board regarding the cost of membership fees and Gold Medal Firm membership fees, the cost of the Annual Program, and other fees that may be charged by BCABA. Committee members include Board of Governors members Le Jia, Jeff Lowry, Scott Flesch, Dana Chase, and Judge Crow.
Grant or Deny
This Committee selects Board cases for the filming and publication of the BCABA’s Grant or Deny, A Contract Claims Talk Show video podcast. For more information, contact committee lead Kelsi Pilcher (United States Air Force).
Life Service Award Committee
This Committee provides nominees for the Life Service Award to be voted on by former Life service Awardees or the Board of Governors. Committee members include Board of Governors members Dana Chase, Brandon Regan, Terry Elling, and Bret Wacker.
Nominating Committee
This Committee prepares a slate of Board of Governors candidates to be voted on by the Board during the Annual Board Meeting. Committee members include Board of Governors member Judge Witwer.
Membership Committee
This Committee manages the membership list through Wild Apricot, attends BCABA events and encourages attendees to join, creates promotional membership materials for events, makes announcements at events about membership, ensures that members renew their dues, and strategizes regarding opportunities to increase membership.
