BCABA’s Grant or Deny, A Contract Claims Talk Show will be a short video podcast that discusses recent and notable Board of Contract Appeals cases. Grant or Deny will replace the BCA Bar Journal. Interested in becoming a Governor? Contact Michelle D. Coleman or Judge Witwer. Board members are responsible for the administration of the association and the supervision and control of its assets and property. The Board has all of the powers necessary or incidental to performing these functions, including, but not limited to, the creation of committees and the appointment of directors and other members to serve on such committees. The Board shall supervise and direct the officers, committees, employees and agents of the Association. The Board shall carry out the duties set forth herein and be the final interpreter of the Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws. Board members are elected at BCABA’s Annual Board meeting and serve a term of three years.

The BCABA Membership Committee is looking for a member like you to join them. Please contact President Michelle D. Coleman if you are interested in joining the committee. Membership Committee duties include managing the membership list via Wild Apricot, attending events and encouraging attendees to join, creating promotional membership materials for events, making announcements at events about membership, and considering ways to increase membership.
